My boyfriend and I just got new phones and they are both having the same issues as the others in this thread.

Description of what was happening when the error occurred: Lootables seem to function OK but when on the scratch-off screen all that is visible is the Done/Replay/Redeem button and the prizes, the rest is black.
Out of morbid curiosity, have you tried swiping in the areas where the squares would be if they were visible?

Yes the games still work if you swipe them as if you could see them so they are there and functioning but just not visible.
I have the same problem. I get a blue square with a white question mark in the blue square. If I press the button with the "i" on it, I can see the window opening, but without any content, just the blue square.
If I press play, I can only play the planarite game. I can see all the symbols. There is a blue square in the upper left corner. The symbol for a "retry" does not show, but it "lights" up when I "scratch" it.

Still hoping for a fix for the black screen on scratch-offs problem, it would be nice to not see the prizes before blindly playing.

BUMP seeing as I'm still having this problem with my iPhone 4 running 4.2.1.
This problem has been existing since their release and Trion never acknowledged any of this. Are they even DOING something about this seeing as this has been a very annoying problem for a lot of people???
Why is this immediately fixed for Android, yet iPhone is being ignored?
