i can't get to log to the Rift server, 3G or WIFI
every time i try i get this error

"Unable to Connect to Server"
Rift mobile Requires internet access. Please ensure you have cellular network or wifi access.

The same thing is happening for me. I know the login information is correct 'cause I logged in to rift to double check it and I know I have Internet service available.

not sure if you're paraphrasing or not, but my exact message is:

Failed to Connect to Server!
Please verify you have network

I have full bars and on wifi, so no issue there. re-entered username and password multiple times to make sure i didn't make any typos.

didn't work for me either and I was using the right username and password.

So I took the only logical, well reasoned, technically correct option and spammed the login button.



It worked

nice little app, I like being able to set it up for zone event notifications.

Thank you all very much for the bug reports. While this issue seems to be rare, there are a number of you running into it (obviously!).

As mentioned in this thread, a current workaround appears to be spamming the login button. We'll track down this bug and work on getting a fix for it. In the meantime, please work around it by going nuts on that login button.

If others run into this issue, please continue to report it and include your device type and iOS version.

I can't thank you all enough for the helpful reports. These bugs reports will allow us to continue making the app better!

Was having the same problem but eventually got in by spamming.
But now as soon as I log in I get a message saying there are no characters on my account and get a link to the rift site to get the game :/ I obviously have multiple characters so yeah kinda weird.
