CQ Random que has been turned off

Has anyone noticed that after today's hotfix, the CQ que has returned back to normal?
Even though Dom and NF had the "join" button appear and had room. I tried to que for the "full" Oath and it did not transfer me to 1 of the other factions. Just left me in Oath que for the entire CQ match.

Anyway we can get a Dev to post about this? I would like to know if you are aware that random que after picking a faction is gone, but the random button is still there.

Random queuing is still enabled. There's currently an issue that can block the queue from randomly assigning team members when two groups are full. Top men are on it.

We pushed out a configuration change right before the latest Conquest match started on US servers which looks to have fixed the issue. We'll continue to monitor the queues.
