The Conquest Consolidation Compromise

Ok, so i have been playing a lot of conquest..and listening to all the complaining and frustration, yet also all the good in it. Here are some solutions to making the game a LOT more enjoyable, and I encourage everyone to chime in their thoughts in a constructive manner.

1. The games can take *way* to long!* to complete
A: Make the game have a time limit of approximately 1 hour.. At 1 hour's time, the 10 minute timer countdown begins.

B. Each half hour lower the total amount of points necessary to kick in the 10 minute timer. (thanks Bakon) Example would be set it at 5 points lower each 30 minutes... After 30 minutes time, the necessary points to kick in the 10 minute timer would be 55, then after 1 hours time it would be 50!

C. Lower the kill count timer to 3000 kills.. I think that people sometimes are waiting on the kill counter to reach zero for hours (sometimes 3-4 hour matches) and this is very long and painful .

D. Remove the minis from the game. I know they were introduced for good intent but they are making the game longer because most people go after the minis and the raids get divided between people not knowing how to win, and those who don't care, and those who go after anything colored RED. This is not a big deal compared to A,B, or C above.

There are a lot of positives to this game and I think they might get overshadowed right now by some of the negatives. I am curious to see what other people post.. Try to keep it constructive even if you don't care for the game...

What would you do to make it better right now?

Think a) on it's own would be a great change. I can not even finish a game except on the weekends. Working 2nd shift, had to leave another today to go to work and at night I end up having to stay up to 3 or 4 in the morning to try and finish one. A timer of 1 to 1 1/2 hours would be great.
