an MM cannot kill a good healer solo, especially if there's LoS breaks.
if you're going to compare dps vs healers specs in 1v1, you should know that the only surefire way of killing a [cleric] healer is by making them oom. Thus, VK spec warriors and sin spec rogues, and anything with +dom.
Some non-VK warriors specs can also kill clerics if they don't macro everything in 1 button.
However if the cleric is heavy justi (senticar), you will probably never kill it solo. Maybe after he passes out of boredom
