Whenever I meet another really good MM/RS, it tends to turn into a purging/rebuffing war, because neither of us want to let our EM drop.

I just thought I'd pop by to say that the laethys group is a joke. Anyone who says otherwise is either delusional or hasn't played on the seastone cluster.

It's making my pvp worse I swear - well that and the fact I do like 1 warfront a week.

I realise Im nothin special but at times if a team make up doesn't suit I will soul recall in hopes that perhaps it will get better for the team, but Im not gonna make myself miserable if say you have 4 clerics or several mages that dont wish to support/heal....rather then make a big issue its better to just "poof" then to keep making the rest miserable by having a tantrum.

I do agree though its not a matter of losing for me, but most experienced people get a feel pretty much right away whether its gonna be a wipeout or not...and Im not gonna contribute to someones farm fest.

Had a match start yesterday with one warrior, a bunch of mages, and a bunch of rogues. I was the only healer. I could tell from the start it was going to be a loss. A few minutes later the second wave came in: one healing cleric and four warriors. Win.

Sometime it pays to stick it out.

There are fails everywhere, no exceptions and worse is when a 38/28 relic healing spec is made to even remotely, seem good. But this goes back to the present condition of "S" Rogs that are just crawling all over Telara.


Protip to those "S' Rogs, if you go against a 38ward/28sent....all you need to do is two things.


First assist a competent dps warrior with linger wound and just hit eradicate senselessly.


Second, TAKE OFF VAMPIRIC MUNITION...this is vital because it is overwriting the more superior, lingering wound, and allowing said healer to cleanse off VM.



For the more advance Rogs, you can keep target on said healer and eradicate the HoTs of the healer's target and the healer's serendipity proc and in turn, rendering that 38/28 to be nothing more than an HB spamming bot with acouple CDs.


Other key buffs to eradicate are Healer's Convenant(2min CD), Touch the Light(45sec CD), and Orbs.


There is little need to kill that relic healer and it will cause more frustration to inject that relic with a sense of inept.


The next time you marvel at 38/28 heal numbers, 80% of it is fluff heal(heal that goes to "S" Rogs and "S" ranks)...don't get fooled.

If the Cleric has time to be cleansing VM, the Warrior's DPS is terrible. An equally geared DPS Warrior can kill me without assistance in 45-60s. Any DPS on top of that drastically reduces my life expectancy.

And I've played on both NA1 and NA2 clusters -- they're both pretty much the same, skillwise. Each has a slew of strong players in every class. Seastone has more total, but I think there's equally as many more mediocre players to balance it out.

No decent healer will/can/could/would/should be able to be taken down by any dps player in any manner if it's 1v1.


If you are not cleansing VM or any other cureable healing debuff than that is your problem. If you are getting soloed by a warrior than you are doing it completely, opposite of correct.



My advice is go back to the basics and start there instead of reading all the relic advices/specs and start following your own style and come to your own conclusions.


Using some premade spec and than making any kind of references to said spec, is not the way to go.

News at 11 eradicate is OP and can be used to shut down a healer. Genius.

Go run MoL in a healing spec more.
