The only unkillable marksman I know is a guildie of mine, and even with my 38VK troll-spec, I just cannot keep him in 20m range. I just can't. He hasn't killed me, but I haven't killed him either.
And then there's a guildie cleric whom I spar/duel a lot with. But apart from that, there isn't really many people in WF's that stand out for me. I used to have a proper rival back in the days I used to do a lot of online FPS games, but that was years back. However, I don't really take Rift PvP seriously enough to actually care about rivalry

Well Guildies are probably my favorite to go after, but there are a few people that i'll recognize from past matches (that impressed me), forums, youtube, twitch or something like that. It's always fun to give a little more effort when they are on.

I admit that when I see Tyaus in a WF I always switch to Dom (Chlorodom or 51 Dom, whichever I've got at the time) regardless of what the team actually needs. I can't possibly kill him like this, of course, there's just something very satisfying about watching him bunny-hop away with that lower bar at 0%.
Otherwise it's just Hikos, but I put him in his place and he ran like a little ***** to the other battlegroup...
