Bloodthirsty Perk broken

Since patch today. Sound effect plays, registered deathblow, healing buff never goes off.

I haven't played today but make sure you don't have the blood icon as a buff or new procs might not go off.

yes this was with me too! right click to delete the buff then it works again.
