10 minute games, 2 hour queues, spawn camping, melee being useless, and even sub 35 meter ranged being close to useless. All of the massive lag issues aside, are these things Trion is looking into changing next week or is this the current state of Conquest for a while?
The 2 hour queues for 10 minute games, I understand is supposively scaled towards playerbase but when 2 factions are full before the join button even pops on my server....the interest to play is obviously there.
Spawn camping, even if spawn placement per faction is random will still occur until map changes are made. The same spot will be camped, it'll be just luck if your destined to lose.
Marksmen dominate conquest, and i don't mean a little ahead of the rest, i'm guessing 90%+ of the damage and kills are being done by them. Even as a mage i feel like a leech just following the zerg, always being a step behind getting a cast off or if i dare try to get into cast range being instagibbed. Warriors have it the worst here....they may be op in every other pvp enviroment, but 20+ mm's tab targetting eat through their mitigation before they can even get close enough for spear.
I'd love for a 'plan' or at least a 'expect changes' post from a dev. Thanks ahead of time!
