Look at the chart and look for top dps that does 2x more dmg than the 2nd top dps and see their gear.
Hint: 90% of them use full pvp gear with crystal.

The trouble with Brostorm is that its in the same tree as the class with the broken planar blade ability, i actually dont MIND brostorm's dps (although i think it needs a damage reduction against fewer targets and its DPS should scale depending on how many targets are actually hit) what i DO mind is the ridiculous amount of gap-closing abilities that warriors get which allow them to get close enough to actually repeatedly brostorm me.

Plus im getting snared/stunned each time im riftwalked + windspear etc added into the mix.

Just 30m ago i was watching a high ranking PvE mage with full DPS gear playing as a Pyro-Lock up against a brostormer paladin, the brostormer wore NO armor whatsoever but he could still tank Pyro-lock damage to the point where basically he could just stand there.. fully unarmored.. and stand around for about 10 seconds doing NOTHING, then if he DID actually want to beat the mage to death with his own staff he could do so.

Thats how ridiculous warriors pan out at the moment in small scale PvP (which is reflective of large scale PvP so dont tell me its a "team game" and all that crap as some viable excuse to ignore blatent and massive balance issues)

    Brostorm needs a scaling mechanism
    Planar blade needs an ICD
Warriors need to either be Tank or Dps but NOT BOTH.
Lingering wounds needs removing and replacing.
Squirrel DR needs adjusting or some kind of alteration completely to rid the game of such a stupid ability.
RS/NB still have way too much frontend damage in comparison to how much they can tank.
Sabateurs need pulling back a little bit.
Also in this post you said warriors should be either Tank or DPS not both. If we are talking about balance, then all classes would need to be one thing, DPS, heals, support or tank, no hybrids. Warriors can go into tank soulds but their damage is effected and at times greatly. I like them though for their survivability and utility. The hybrid warriors are probably more balanced than anything else that goes in melee, you should be asking for more of them not demanding that every area od warriors be nerfed.

That's interesting.... how much better are those HK crystals than the R40 PvP crystals?? Sorry I am a bit of a PvE noob, having done hardly any in this game (other than leveling).

Sigh, again the biggest flaw I find with this game.... that PvE still provides a leg up in PvP =(

Not sure on anything else, but for rogues the instacasting of quite a few ranger skills with 100 ap bonus from greater with the hk crystal is worth it enough. I think you get an insta cast 2 cp builder that increases damage by 14% and 100 ap from greater, an instacast slow, and an armor debuff I think. + pvp pet (lol.)

We get 85 vengeance and 85 ap from the pvp crystal, so that's about 170 ap, which translates 17 damage per second and 550 hp. (p40)

That's 2 piece ranger crystal. The two pieces are probably glove+helm/belt, so the extra hit helps also. Two piece brings quite a bit of utility, but you're pigeon holed to have at least 14 ranger, not that that's so bad.

The other useful hk crystal is the assassin one as you can apply that debuff (I forget the name) more often for more damage every poison.

rift blade is not a physical calling,
you stated in a post before that you saw a warrior in no armor survive a pyro in pve gear.
Armor has no affect on magic attacks, so he took the same damage.
so in your attempt to show how OP warriors are, you in fact point out that armor is doing nothing vs a mage.
This surprises you? That those who QQ the most barely know their own class let along anything about other classes ... it's the root of the majority of QQ on these boards ... ignorance.
