So you blather on for weeks in dozens of posts about infinite porting, useless squirrels, not using Break Free until fireballs hit you and other hyperbole begging for nerfs, but then when someone tries to engage you in reasonable discussion all you have is: "Hold up"?
Pyro-dom's probably lose to RBs/Champions 1 on 1, especially if the warrior sees the mages first. If the mage gets the drop, he probably wins. While this may annoy you, I hardly think its worth nerfing a class for. I'm not even against things like an ICD for Rift Walk refreshing or other reasonable changes, but its tough to be concerned about your complaining when apparently the only thing you are worried about is 1 on 1 and aren't willing to address reasonable scenarios.

New WF Idea for Rift
SAVE THE VK!!!
idk makes some sense to me... sounds a little like shadowknight in eq2 maybe. Maybe not on mechanics but the whole evil warrior tank vibe.
Maybe you were thinking more like a dark knight class like in final fantasy though? I've always thought some of the blood magicy type attacks where they sacrifice some of their own hp to do bigger dmg than normal were kind of cool.
edit: I think the idea behind reaver is pretty neat... I feel like I can't tell them apart from other souls in combat though :P they need more recognizeable scary/dark animations imo!

actually now that I think of it, quite a few of the souls could definitely use some more flare in their combat animations.. like reaver, bladedancer, shaman, etc... they have some cool mechanics they just need some more style(weapon streaks, movements, light, bigger explosions etc..). I guess it doesn't help that most ppl play in lower graphic setting!
I'm def happy with the sc stuff though <3 I really am a sucker for visual effects, its soo easy to get into the character of a class...

I love your exaggerations, you could be an actor.
Stating what tools a build has available=/=playing theory fighter.
Theory fighter is in which you go "well if you do this, I do this, then you do this, I do this and that and this and that".
It is cyclical, and clearly the conversation would not go anywhere.
It is why I stated it would be better to stop the discussion there, since obviously nothing would be achieved by such a discussion.
Or did this completely elude you?
Clearly you have not read many of my posts despite "going through my post history."
As I have obviously made statements in regards to team play as well as 1v1 scenarios.
In terms of a team statement, they are OP.
In terms of 1v1, they are OP.
1v1 does matter in terms of PvP; though lesser of course; simply because there is no such thing as perfect team play, and being able to defend oneself is an important part of gameplay. Simply because they either need to be reasonably capable of defeating the person who ambushed them, or capable of lasting until they can either get to help or until help arrives.
As it stands, in both scenarios, rb/champ is OP, and particularly vicious including to Rogue melee specs as well.
