also all my complains are for twink v twink, not the people who dont twink, the 19 twink scene is amazing, its also very very fun and way more balanced then 50 pvp, i may have had 120 sp glyph, but 1200 hp? un twinked rogues could kill me if they knew how to play,

Qualm, the problem is not you getting the best gear for the bracket and Twinking. The problem is that you have gear with enchants that were 'Fixed' but not removed from your gear.
Regardless of how good you are, or the players fighting against you are, you have gear that makes it HARDER for anyone to kill you than it is for you to kill them. PERIOD.
I have no problems with players Twinking, I DO have a problem with gear inconsistency.
wth are glyphs and tier 2 enchants? as a lvl 39 self twink without a 50 I honestly don't know.
Dragonslayers and Mathos factions have 2 Runes that you could apply to any level gear up until a few months ago when they put an item restriction on the Rune so you could only apply it to Level 50 gear. BUT they let those players that had the enchant already on low level items keep the items enchanted.
Same with the Port Scion Rep Rune that was fixed in the last patch. The Rune can now only be applied to level 50 gear, but the enchant is still on Twinks low level gear that applied it before the fix.
Trion will not remove these enchants from these players gear even though no one can ever get these enchants on low level gear again. It is completely unfair and Trion apperently refuses to remove these items.

ok, so yes no one can get the runes we have, why did people report people having them then to make it unfair for others to get is my question.

Why did people report a level 50 item being too powerful?
Why did people report you for still using items that you can't get anymore?
I don't get what your question is.
I don't care if they take something out or leave something in.
I only care that whatever they do, it's obtainable by anyone. Leaving items in the game that are no longer obtainable by current or future players is poor management by Trion.

I believe they were reported with the intent or hope of getting them removed. No one knew Trion would keep them on the items. They were reported because it was a pure disadvantage and way op when used against lower levels. The only reason your defending it, is because your on the good side of the spectrum. Would I have used them if they were still available, of course. It's no different then the warrior threads. Everyone that is not a warrior is complaining because a skill is OP, everyone that is a warrior is saying, l2kiteme and you'll do better. Believe me, if I had something in the game that was unachievable to everyone else, I would feel like I'm king of the hill too. And would probably defend having it, such as you are. But the bottom line is, you have more cereal in your bowl than they do, so they will complain.
There is no viable argument that can be made that justifies using these runes. They were an exploit when people first discovered them and the fact that Trion grandfathered them in is incredulous. I have no sympathy for people who complain about twinks yet refuse to put in any effort to gear themselves, but that isn't what we're talking about here. If for no other reason than general ethics, you should replace the now prohibited runes, with legal ones.
I believe it would be better to keep the runes completely (at least giving people a chance to obtain them) than to remove them and grandfather them in.

i agree completely, i think they should put everything back in instead of giving others way more of a chance over them, but its also very rude to get rid of everything twinks obtained.
i also believe that my glyph should be useable on a BoA weapon i earned that glyph, and my rep on my 50 and i pay my $$ sub, for 1 year now, if i wanna twink hard, i should. For those with no 50s! get 100p and you can have the best geared twink now minus your core is all.
Xp capped characters are 100% carried by their gear. I have seen several "skillfull" xp capped characters hold s the entire warfront while keyboard turning and presumably clicking and also getting top killing blows by using gtaoes.
That's a lot of skill.
Then there are the xp capped warriors. That is hilariously broken.

It really wasn't an exploit, otherwise Trion wouldn't have grandfathered them in.
I do agree that removing access to an item and then grandfathering them in for people who already have them is not a good idea.
They should either allow access (which I don't advocate) or disallow access and remove them. It shouldn't be to hard to remove the rune from a non-qualifying item and place it in a person's inventory.
