Ah, but I do know. And having a fully geared-out p40 is the same advantage as a fully geared out 29, when you battle people without that gear.
Twinking is just getting that advantage without several hundred hours of being beaten on by those who got their gear already.

No it isn't, because not only do you have a gear advantage you have al evel/talent point advantage. Why not lock your exp at 21?

Yeah and once you hit P40 your advantage slowly diminishes over the natural course of play, where it takes an unnatural course of play (many many people making permanent twinks) for this to happen at the lower brackets. While all these twinks will not outright say it, part of the reason they twink, and a big part for some, is to merely face roll their opposition. You don't even need to twink to top the boards in the low level wfs if you are good, you just need to be x9, that used to be the main factor in the low level warfronts. But the continued presence of high level/geared players then was transitory and either they would be out of the bracket soon or you would be out.
If there was some cheap way for P40s to fight only P1s then I would be talking just as much **** about those P40s. Also if there is ever some time the "training wheels" should be taken off it is at endgame pvp at level 50. Not in the 10-19 bracket when some people don't know to train their abilities let alone a viable pvp spec.

Well, side arguments aside. Twinking is here to stay and raises the game in the lower level warfronts.
Now if some of my fellow the Guardians would just start paying a little more care to having competitive gear.
By the way, I saw a level 22 marksman with 20 killing blows and 60000 damage. When I inspected him, he had already twinked up his gear. So you do not need to be level 29 to gear up.

Yes, you are correct, it is not difficult to be the gold medal champion in the special olympics. That doesn't mean its a goal that every person should strive for.
Low level gear is easy as hell to get, except maybe some of the crafts. Are people complaining that they are joining WFs knowing they're undergeared while trying to level and losing?
