only reason to roll guard will be having the essence necrotic rage... but short Q times won't be an incentive anymore.

Yea you got the point, but pure rvr game just fails in terms of open world, and this new thing could be just step forward for abandoning faction based pvp altogether.
RvR imposes limits on us. Let's say, I don't like Joe cause he is jerk(not that I really don't like Joes on our server but still). In RvR games we are forced to be allies just because we rolled the same side. In FFA games i can just walk straight for this poor bastard and INYAFACE PK him.
