Whoever is leading ballancing team needs to be fired and never work on another MMO again
Mages was the last calling that needed buffing..
I mean, do this XXXXX even play the game?

Every time you make a whining thread and we read your signature, half the forum cracks up.
Just so you know!
Ugar - Spitescar - PvP
This statement with your signature is ridiculously funny, no offense....
Every patch someone has to be OP, first it was Warriors, now it's Mages, next it'll be someone else. There is no possible way to make every single class equal unless you make every single class the exact same thing. At that point you have a FPS.
I think the point they're trying to make is that you have a post asking the developers to fix something you believe to be unfair, while at the same time you have a signature that implores people to adjust to changes instead of complaining about them. That's called a double standard and it makes you look foolish.
Its a tricky one if you ask me. You get a few minor fixes/changes all going in the same direction adding up to a huge swing.
They knew warriors needed nudging down... fine, few nerfs here and there.
They knew the paragon armour-piercing bug needed fixing... fine, fixed it.
= double nerf for warriors.
They knew mages were dying too quick.. buffed their armour.. Another nerf to warriors dmg?
They knew mages dmg wasnt what it should be compared to warrior's (already inflated) dmg - small buff here...
Add them all up and you get a pretty huge pendulum swing..
Ideally, the adjustments should come out one at a time - and more frequently. But unfortunately in the world of software development (where I work), changes need full regression testing before going live which takes time and money. Lumping multiple changes into one test cycle is a good way of saving time+money ultimately allowing them to deliver more in the long-run. A 10 minute code change can result weeks of testing.
IMHO, it's only a problem when you get Dev's who are too proud to admit 'we went to far with that one' and then won't tone it back.

Adapt or Die sig, really?? Whining is NOT adapting. With that being said;
Warriors face their opponent hit the spell button and do damage. That is what mages do now as well (with the obligatory cast time of course).
Previously; mages had to face target hit spell button, wait for cast timer, then face target a second time to do damage.
Your obsession with OP'ness is slightly disturbing. We should all clamor for balance and not an unfair advantage such as melee had with breaking spell casts by pillar humping the mage like a dog in heat.
When the poster's class is op: Adapt or Die!
When someone else's class is op: Whine and Cry!
I don't know why anyone thought that Trion would get their 1st try at balance in a brand game perfect or even close to it. Plus, if you're serious about pvp in this game, balance should be the least of your worries at this point. There are far more important issues with pvp in this game that need to be addressed first.
