You want them to kick people to make the teams even? That's not even realistic. OP is a genius.
And ofcourse, in other battlegroups (like mine, that seems very much underpopulated since it's made up of only the EU PvP servers that were added last) defiant constantly outnumber guardians. You can still make it work and win though, but it does indeed get harder. There does seem to be some sort of balancing in place however, as in one team not being able to get more than 2 players more than the other etc.. 2 players still make a big diff esp in garden however.

It's pretty obvious the game already has a # balance instituted. It matches 1 guardian vs 1 defiant, whether the player actually enters the warfront or not is a different mechanic. I enter with friends into a warfront commonly, and you will see that Defiant outnumber Guardian commonly because my two friends or whatever are turning in a quest, as soon as they enter the numbers are equal. If you are facing unequal numbers, its because someone on your team (or theirs) didn't actually accept their entrance into the warfront.
