In the Defiant starting area, Terminus, has two quest hubs; Rubicon and Lastlight. It would seem to me that perhaps one of the designers is a VnV Nation fan, as Rubicon and Lastlight are two popular songs from the band :B

Lastlight is also the name of several TV series, a video game, a publishing company, a bunch of books, and much more.....

I would hope no one would be stupid enough to file a lawsuit.

WoW you missed the all important fact that Rubycon was the 1975 album by iconic German electronic band Tangerine Dream - duh how could you forget this??? Man, you youngins today... lol!
