Does anyone miss WoW?

I miss it from time to time. But after Cataclysm release, I've only played a month or two and I stopped.

I hope flying mounts, won't be in Rift.. ever.. It simplified the process of questing by "flying into the correct location, kill the mobs/take the thing and fly away". Good that they take the flying away at least for the next 5 levels in MoP.

I love the lore in Blizzard titles (and I've still havent got into the Rift lore very much)

.. I hope I can fight the urge to buy the MoP expansion ...

Only part of WoW I honestly say I miss is pvp on my feral drood. Also miss the few friends that are still playing it. I did re sub last weekend for a month but done nothing but a couple of random BGs.

Hoping I might catch the pre MoP patch. Destro lock has always been my main and I would like to see just exactly what they have done to the poor fellow.

And I used to be a big wowfan back in the days. The way blizzard handled cata and it's players left me with no other choice but leaving. Havent played since november last year, got offered a free week but didnt use it. Like some people quote sometimes
"The lich king is dead and Wow died with him"
At least it's like that to me, and I did give cata a fair try, did more archeology than was healthy for me, hung on to pvp and noticing how it got completely neglected, and then we thought we should try out the raids and cleared all raids on normal up to firelands, deathwing wasn't released back then. But then our guild died some nerdrage kind of sudden death and cba spending time to find a new one, felt that the heroic raiding wasn't worth the energy. So that's where it ended.
But I have fun memories, especially from wotlk... epic times =)

Now it seems Rift is going same path for me. Haven't got time or will to start raiding, and I love pvp. I love the soul system in rift and if it was balanced around pvp only the game would have been pure epicness, so many choices! But it's not happening, and we all know it wont happen :P
Read the last reddit, how the devs really dodged the pvp questions, and it feels sad to read. New xpac is suppose to hit in less than 6 months, and beta testing shouldnt be too far away. Still nothing about pvp though so will wait and see. I leave Rift after this free weekend ends, and then it's up to Trion to show why a pvp player would return to the game. I will always love Trions soul system, but you can't walk around hoping for changes if devs consider pvp players second hand players. After what happened with wow I now vote with wallet.

Played GW2 this weekend and it gave me an epic pvp feeling, that's where I will be heading end of august. Sure, pve players qq a little about GW2 but finally a game that has pvp as a strong priority! And it's fun, and I love it.
