    Default Too late to start?

Well, technically I already started, re-subbed to the game a few weeks ago, got a rogue to 50 and got some PvP gear and been grinding away at PA/pvp.. but I notice most people in warfronts/conquest are high rank and geared so I have literally 0% chance of killing them 1v1, and often die in 2-3 hits from geared players when I can barely scratch them.

ive grinded up to almost rank 12 but its feeling like i'll have to keep losing and sucking for weeks if not months before I can even start to compete.. and even when I get the full pvp gear, i'm probably several hundred planar attunement levels behind a lot of the people i'm fighting and at a disadvantage, so whats the point?

Is there some plan to make the game more accessible to new/returning players anytime soon? dont get me wrong, I appreciate that there is a end-game grind in place which other games lack, but when it gives such a monumental advantage that one level 50 can't even scratch another.. I dont know, thats just not fun.

Well, after the Storm Legion launch, Trion is looking at getting rid of PvP gear... AKA "Normalizing" PvP to basically give players of all classes the same stats. That's a few months down the road but something people have been aching over for a long time. So, a change is coming but not soon yet.

Actually, on the dawn of a new expansion, is one of the best times to start. Because pretty soon everyone will be leveling up to 60 and completely re-gearing themselves with the new level of end game gear. If you are going to jump in late and want to feel like you are on the same page as everyone, expansion time is King.
