Considering re-subbing

Hey all,

I played Rift back at launch, and while I really enjoyed it, real life got in the way of continuing. Now I am on the free trial up to level 20, and considering subbing again - the char I made yesterday is already 13, so won't be long before she gets stuck.

Anyway, I have a couple of questions I'm hoping to get help with.
First, I've heard that it should somehow be possible to run dungeons tuned for two players now. Is this true? If so, how does one go about doing that? If it really is true, I may be able to get my husband to play again as well, as we love playing together, but don't always want to find bigger groups.

Second, a few of my old sub-20 characters are stuck on a locked trial server. Is there any way for me to move them to a live server? If not, it's not a deal-breaker, but it would be nice to know if possible new characters could inherit their stuff...

Yep, Chronicles are 2-person Dungeons, nice and compact and they give you some background Lore to some of the key raid instances, why Hammerknell fell, what Alsbeth was doing in River of Souls etc...the only "bad" news for you is that they're only for level 50's at the moment

While i have posted the idea a few times that Skirmishes idea from Lord of the Rings is the next logical step for Chronicles to allow people to run Chronicles from level 10 to 50, mobs scaling with your level, i'm still waiting

I'm fairly certain, don't quote me on it, that once you have a full, paying sub setup you can move all your chars from the trial shards onto any shard you like for free, if you don't like that shard, you get to move for free again after a week and once every week from then on

I am sure though that a call to Customer Support will sort that out if you can't access the trail shard chars

It's a shame the 2-person dungeon tuning is only for level 50! But then again, my husband doesn't seem too keen on the idea of re-subbing to Rift at the moment, at least, so if I do, I'll be playing mostly alone anyway.

I did manage to get my old chars transferred from the locked server, so now all I need to do is find the time to play 2 MMOs at once.
