Once you break into your 20's were is the next Rare Planar Merchant from which to purchase items from ( Planarite and XXXXXX sourcestone) ?

The next rare planar goods merchant would be in Stonefield for Defiants (Cohen Barbarus and Bascha Starling in Granite Falls). There is one such merchant in every zone. The new sourcestone is Cursed Sourcestone and is used in Stonefield/Gloamwood and Scarlet Gorge.

An Eth Male at the lift in Scarlett Gorge. Just up the steps, and across from the portal.
A guy near the road in Perspice, Scarwood Reach.
