<The Brethren> Looking for future raiders in SL

WE were 7/8 pre 1.11 nerf. We did not get to 8/8 due to about 1/4 of our raid core having irl obligations in the last month before SL, sadly.

We are a smaller guild, looking for independent players who, while not hard core, are not lazy about working to get themselves prepared for experts and, in the future raiding. Example: runing gear, working on reputations for the new runes and essences, being punctual for raids, knowing how to play your class and coming with the builds that might be needed for experts and raids in the future. If you understand that doing these things are not hardcore, but a part of basic raid etiquette, then this is the guild for you. We maintain a relaxed raid atmosphere, where we don't berate our raiders, however we do address mistakes made on wipes to try and fix them and improve.

When we do start up raiding, the schedule will be 6-9, Tue/Wed/Thu.

We are currently in need of some healing clerics, and possibly a rogue and warrior for DPS. We've started running experts; please come join us.

While personally no longer interested in raiding in this game, I would highly recommend this guild to anyone that wants to raid and yet maintain a normal life outside of the game. The guild atmosphere is mature (the good kind of mature, not the "I can't talk without making someone embarrassed" kind of way) and they have some really good and knowledgeable players at their core.

And yes, I understand the reader of this post likely doesn't know me at all and has no reason to trust anything I say here is valid. Soooooo.....anywhoooo....*awkwardly backs out of the room*

I should be 400 hit/toughness over the weekend, and we have 1 other tank running experts and another hitting 60 today I think. Our dps is gearing up as we go, but we are lacking in healing clerics atm. Our current only one @60 is raid ready and still getting gear.

This is a great time for a good healing cleric who enjoys raiding and strives to bring his best to the table, yet is not hardcore, to join us.

My major complaint with the guild is that no one seems to want to address the basic lack of shirtless dwarves with mouse-hats. I have been working hard at remedying the situation but I feel like its me against the world....

I'm raid ready now as a rogue tank, and we have a future cleric tank just hit 60 last night. We've picked up a dps rogue and now We're primarily looking for a couple clerics. I hope to step into 10 man raiding this week and the 20 man soon as possible.

We are on track for 10 mans next week and I have high hopes for entering the 20 man as a guild, the following week. I've had some feelers, but I'm still looking for a couple good solid cleric healers.
