Default Greybriar - Stoned Assassins 5/11 Casual Guild LFM

Stoned Assassins is a casual raiding guild with mature, relaxed members seeking new raiders of a similar temperament to progress through HK with. We are currently 5/11 HK. Currently we could use some mages, clerics, and rogues (in that order), though warriors will be considered. We use vent regularly and are a friendly, mature guild, seeking 18+ people looking for similar souls to BS with and get through content. We also have a few regular PvP'ers.

    Website: http://stonedassassins.guildlaunch.com

Ingame Contacts: Kalita, Nytmare, Lysippe, Walenia, Metrik

Feel free to whisper any of the contacts mentioned above ingame on Greybriar for more info and/or an invite.

Last night we did a progression run in RotP. We seem to be close to downing General Silgen. We have the other fights down now.

We're a diverse and inclusive guild. I think we've the whole LGBT rainbow. I'm not sure about the rest of the color chart and it really doesn't matter. We even have some red necks. We're all friendly though. We don't bite, hard.

These guys are pretty dope, I've ran with many of their members and never have issues.
If you're looking for a great social guild, this is definitely one of the ones to look at.

Rectalcalcium, thanks and back at you.

I recruited a returning player yesterday. I wanted to see what the game's like now. We took him through the Gilded Prophecy weekly, then we ran Drowned halls. We also did GSB till we started wiping on Greenscale. It was a fun night.

That should have said, "He wanted to see what the game's like now." I can't seem to edit or delete posts here either. :P

Last night the guild did Rise of the Pheonix. They didn't get far because they lost there healers after an hour. I wasn't able to go last night.

On a personal note, I picked up the Nihilist Recurve Bow last weekend. It's freaky awesome. It glows red and has a skull on the quiver. I need to PvP more often!

    Last night we downed Sicaron.

I was there for the fight, but just as the battle started, I get a pop up. It says, "Trojan Detected." It runs what it says is a virus scan finding various viruses. It was called, "Security Live Update Platinum." It completely locked up my computer, disabling my anti-virus software, etc. It tried do make me pay for it's "virus" protection. This "security" thing was the trojan. I got it while listening to streaming music from 181.fm. I managed to get my computer working again, but by then I'd been replaced in the raid.

Sunday is typically a slow day for us. However we did a lot of water raid rifts to help out guys get their water cores up to speed.

On a personal note, I hit Prestige level 40 yesterday!

    Default Hi

Im a returning player who pretty much just did pvp before. Looking to get into PVE side of rift. I come from raiding background on WoW. I dont have experience with the raids in Rift and I just got my rogue to 50 and decked him out fairly quick and ready for HK. Been running expert dungeons and such with no problem and dps is around 1500-2000 depending on the fight.

Wanted to post here to see if your interested and we could possibly talk more, if not any feedback is appreciated while I get up to speed on all the raids in game and such.

Sure, you're welcome to chat with us anytime. You can create a level 1 char on our shard, if you're not on the shard already, and look for any of the officers in the original post. None of us bite, too hard.

Let me tell you how we do our raids. If you have the gear and dps/healing etc, then you'll be qualified to raid with us. From what you've said it sounds like you may be. We're mostly focused on Hammerknell so you'll need 300+ hit for that. We start our raids at 6:00 PM and we raid till 9:00PM. We ask people to sign up in advance. We start forming the raid at 5:30 with the people that signed up invited first. Then at 5:45 PM we invite anyone else in the guild that's qualified. If we've more people than we need, we put them on a waiting list. With 20 people in a raid someone nearly always has to bow out before the raid ends at 9:00 PM Server. If we ever get to the point where quite a bit more than 20 that are wanting to raid, we'll create a second raid group.

Raiding is not required in our guild. If you just want to pvp, craft or quest then you can do that too.

We've a 2 week trial period for all new members. It's a chance for the guild and for you to decide if Stoned Assassins is the guild for you. There are a lot of guilds on Greybriar so if we're not a good fit, you might be able to find one on our shard.

Our main goal is to have fun. However, when it comes to raiding, we're relatively hardcore. I look forward to hearing from you.

Last night my time was mostly filled with an officer meeting. That's always a good time...

I did get to do a couple of random expert dungeons though. I used my sabatuer spec to pull some mobs and incriminate a new guild mate. It's funny once or twice.

We had too many people wanting to do our 20 man raid so I backed off on recruiting for a bit. We were able to field 20 for our Friday night raid and made it all the way to Sicaron. Then Saturday we had to do Rise the Phoenix, because we couldn't get enough people. So point is if you want to raid, we're your guild. I know that's a lot of words to say something so simple.

In other news, I'm now Prestige rank 47! Go me!

Yesterday was major goof off day. We spent some time doing crafting rifts, running dungeons and generally fooling around.
