<The Silence> doesn't aspire to be anything in particular. Some guilds list themselves as hardcore; we are not. Some focus on raiding, progression, PvP, RP; we don't. Our fundamental aim is to be a starting point for those who may be seeking any combination of those things but either don't want to or can't match the intensity of some of those guilds that have strict participation protocols. We are casual guildship personified and more than happy to offer you a temporary or permanent home if you're feeling out of the loop and just want people to talk to whilst you decide exactly what you want.

That being said, we play too. We quest, we PvP at times, we will likely do dungeons and the like once we're capable. None of us are against RP, we just haven't really tried it yet. The possibilities are endless! We believe we are the ideal guild for anyone who is looking for patient, personable guildies who make mistakes and are still involved in the learning process themselves. We would also welcome any experienced players that can impart their knowledge in a non-judgmental and extremely patient way. (Some of us are blonde. And smell of fish.)
