All recruits must have HK level gear or better.
Water/Fire/Earth core
420+ Hit/Focus
atleast 200pa's

Of course any other class with the talent is welcome since we run a competive roster.

* Ability to miss no more than 3 raids per month

* Complete knowledge of your class

* Ability to fulfill multiple roles that you class offers and exceed at them
