Enigma (FaeBlight - Defiant Progression Raiding) is recruiting!

Enigma is a level 20 guild with 11/11 HK and 2/8 ID progression. We raid 3 nights a week; Tuesday, Thursday from 5pm-8pm PST (7pm-10pm CST, 8pm-11pm EST) and Saturday from 5pm - 9pm PST. On off nights, we run ROTP (4/4), GSB, ROS, 5 & 10 man dungeons. We also have PVP oriented members and a non-raider community for family and friends.

We are currently looking for reliable, competent raiders to fill some of our core raiding slots.

Raiding Applicants must have:
- Full fire, water, earth cores (100+)
- Appropriate hit/focus
- Estrode safe spec
- 4 Piece HK bonus (or be very close to having it, providing you have all of the above)

Our current raid openings are:
Warriors: DPS (Medium), Off Tank (Medium)
Rogues: All (Closed unless truly exceptional)
Mages: All (Closed unless truly exceptional)
Clerics: All (Closed unless truly exceptional)

We are looking for people who:
- Have a good attitude both in and out of raids, treat other players with respect. (All players, not just guild-mates.)
- Flexible and an understanding of your class. (Be willing to switch to roles. While we try to have people in their preferred role, it's not always feasible.)
- Reliable and committed. (Able to make all raid nights or post that you will be absent. )
- Organized and prepared. (On-time for invites, healed, full charges, consumables etc.)
- Take raiding seriously. (While we're not a full-on hardcore guild and we tend to have a lot of fun on our raid, as a whole we expect our raiders to always bring their best.)

A bit about us:
We are a close knit guild of people who enjoy being online and doing things together outside of raid nights. The average age in our guild is probably a bit older than most and few care to put up with drama or elitist attitudes. It won't really matter how good of a raider you are (or think you are), if you have a bad attitude you won't fit in here. We try to recruit people we feel will fit as well as being competent raiders. We enjoy working on progression with a group of people we like... not people we can't wait to get away from after raid time!

Updated our current recruitment needs --- we have some amazing new people so the only thing we really have room for are warriors --- we normally run with 2, sometimes 3 ..... and we'd sure like to have some more warrior deeps and an off-tank.
