Looking for a guild

[Karmic Reality]

First off, I took a break from rift due to school (had to graduate or my wife would have killed me). Now that I am close to having some free time, I am looking for a guild to help me get back to the point where I can compete/have fun again. 3 level 50 characters (warrior, mage, and cleric), with various levels of equipment and a willingness to relearn what I need to. A very brief background on myself, I am 26, male, and have familial commitments from time to time.

Type of guild I am looking for:
Relaxed - Semi-serious raiding or end game content. At the very least active dungeon runners (simply so I have some people to play with and chat with.)

Mature - just no backstabbing, whining, and so forth.

Flexible Schedule - I am going to be (hopefully) joining the workforce in the next few months in the PST zone and so I am unsure of what a good schedule will be. That being said most likely no late nights for the aforementioned timezone and nothing too early or during an 8-5 weekday work schedule.

Social: I would like to join a fairly active guild where people are on consistently.
