Minimum Requirements:
320+ hit/focus (not for healing clerics)
At least fully raid tier 1 geared
Mumble (chat program, mic not required)
Knowledgeable in your class and roles
Adaptable (willing to change specs / roles)
80% attendance required for loot consideration
Able to deal with mechanics consistently
Stones/Vials/Food
Skilled

Ideal Recruit: (almost guaranteed fulltime raid spot)
All of the above requirements
4+ PC HK plaque gear
360+ hit/focus
Has water resist core and runes
Fully understands the mechanics of all fights
