Realm Guardians GDKP (GKP) Weekend Runs


GDKP Explanation:

The purpose of this raid is to help others on the server along with some of our causal players in RG get through some of the Raid Tier 1 content. This also allows people who are already geared and no longer need raid tier1 content to join and help us through the instance for profit. Newer players who are just starting out in Raid Tier 1 have a chance to gear up by bidding on items using currency in game. At the end of the raid we split up the platinum paid by the raid members for drops to everyone in the raid evenly.



Requirements/Guidelines:

You character must be ready to raid with focus, Hit or Toughness requirements. You may be inspected prior to the raid start to validate your ready for the content. Please take some time to learn the strategy of the fights before joining this group. We will be running a DPS meter if you are unable to perform you may be replaced during the raid. Our overall goal is to have fun and gain some gear while meeting new friends. We do not do DRAMA and will not tolerate it during our raids.

You MUST use ventrilo to at least listen to direction. If you cannot or refuse to use it you will not be added to the raid group.

You must bring all raid consumables and have them up on each boss fight. Everyone please bring 1 combat banner. You will be asked to trade the raid leader prior to the start.

Have at least 100 platinum on your raiding character ready to bid on items. I would suggest having more. some items get to 300+ plat. You may not do IOUs.

All Items will have a starting bid of 10 platinum. All bids must go up by 5 platinum no exceptions.

All bidding will be done in /raid chat after the item has been linked. No whispers will be accepted.

When bidding slows down the raid leader will begin a verbal countdown. When he closes bids he will post in raid chat saying so. No bid after close will be accepted.

If no one bids on an item it stays on the body. We will not rune break it. It will not go to anyone in the raid. it goes away with the instance.

You must pay the master looter before getting your item. If you do not have the gold on you it will go to the next highest bidder and you may be removed from the raid. You may not use any gold that is in the GDKP pool it MUST be on you during the raid.

You must stay until the raid is completed or called by the raid leader to collect your share of the platinum in the pool. If you leave early you do not get a share of the pot. We expect these raids to last 3 to 4 hours depending on the talent we have in the raid.

NO items are on reserve. All are up for bid even relics.

You may bid on more then one item in the raid. Make sure you bring the plat to do so. you have the chance to win multiple items in each raid.

Please keep in mind some of the members in RG have been running pug raids and they have cleared GSB during this event. At worse case we go 4/5 in GSB.
