As it mentions, OOC whispers and the like won't tell you a huge amount about our guild! We're happy to make ourselves available for interviews through such means, but... ultimately, that's what it is: making ourselves available. It doesn't affect our characters (i.e. "Oh, you must be the one I was expecting")

The reasons for this are simply to make sure we have people interested in our guild for the RP we have! Usually if a person contacts us and their first questions off the bat are, "How many people do you have?" and "How far progressed are you?", it makes us a little uneasy. There are larger guilds. There are more-progressed guilds. We don't do bad for ourselves, but roleplay is our first and foremost objective. If your priorities are with free relics and enough people to fill a small server of its own, we might not be what you're looking for!

If it's roleplay you're after, seek us out.

Just a note for those interested in our raiding side, you don't need to be an HK qualified raider by any means. We still run the entry-level raids.

The only reason he claims that is because the offline section of their roster is filled with alts or guildies that have left or moved on. As much as people claim this to be a "heavy" rp guild, it definitely isn't. It's a light RP guild with a heavy raiding mindset. Don't let the pitch fool ya. You'll try to RP and end up doing this..

We raid 1 night a week for about 2 hours tops. I hardly call that a raiding mindset... and we boot inactives when they go over 30 days. Everyone on our roster is at least an active paid account as far as we can tell in that regard.

There's also a reason why you didn't work out in our guild. We RP in-game and do not use IC forum posts. Perhaps if you had RP'd with us in-game, maybe you would have found some instead of making multi-page IC forum posts that, by default, most of us don't read because such things spoil the in-game atmosphere with an RP guild like ours.

Or we're just plain too busy with the in-game RP! Seriously, it feels like it's always non-stop RP for me and it's been digging into my Skyrim time!

Great group of people. Anyone who wants to try RP or is a veteran would be welcome. We da best yo!

We're looking for RP friendly raiders for active progression raiding. Good healers and DPSers are needed most. We are an RP guild and expect our members to be stewards of the server's community. This doesn't mean you have to be a prolific RPer to raid with us. It means you have to enjoy the atmosphere, contribute when you feel the urge, and bite Vyn's leg on occasion.

Oh, and having HK level hit/focus is a plus. We have most of the lower content on farm so gearing people up is easy peasy.

In summary, if you're an RPer and want to raid too... this is your spot to do it. If you like RPers and like to raid... we can make you like us.

The Petals are a mature RP guild with a casual raiding atmosphere. 2 planned raid nights per week (Fri/Sat 7:30pm server time) with random pickup content sporadically offered when we have the numbers and/or interest to do it.

We've been in Rift since launch and we'll be here a good long time to come. If you need a place that puts fun first... we can make fun of you... I mean cherish you as a valued member of our esteemed cadre of MMO professionals.
