We're looking to expand our roster for our progression raiding schedule. We value dedication to the guild, motivation to raid and self-improvement and most importantly, respect. We like to have a laid back, non-fascist guild setup for raids, but we also like to clear progression content not months behind. We are currently working through Hammerknell content. In addition, we spend one night a week gearing new raiders for Hammerknell. We /roll on loot, since it's really not hard to obtain. You have to attend 4 raids to become a member to begin rolling on loot. After you're a member, the officers will decide when you become a raider (often simple enough if you show up on time, perform well, and most importantly, don't QQ about loot). We do believe that real life is often more important (but not taco bell runs during a raid).
We try maintain a small raiding roster to maximize individual success. Outside raids, we do pvp premades regularly with lots of members at prestige 5 and 6, especially the world pvp dailies and daily rr's.
We would prefer Hammerknell ready people. This means close to 280 hit/focus. You will be asked to prove you can do 900+ dps on a training dummy, or have parses or screenshots of at least 1.3k dps on boss encounters. Please do not waste our time. We do coach players on roles/builds through class officers, and expect recruits and raiders alike to listen and follow instructions.

We are not looking for people to raid with us for 1-2 months then quit, if you intend to do this then don't waste our time. We expect all incoming applicants to have previous raiding experience. Have things in order in your life, so that all we have to deal with is you showing up to nearly every single raid night.
