Valkyrian Descent recruiting new members!

We are currently looking for new members to add to our ranks. Recruitment is open to any classes 40+ but we are specifically aiming for some new mages, rogues and warriors. Our main focus is PvE progression along with some PvP for those who wish to do so. We formed our guild back in beta and had quite a few members carry over to headstart. We're all very laid back and friendly and always try to help out whoever we can, when we can. We currently have 7-8 core members that are geared and ready to start raiding. We currently have 13 50s with plenty more on the way. We do not tolerate elitism or people who are very impatient. We look forward to playing with those of you who decide you are interested in joining!

About the guild
Valkyrian Descent is made up of people who have come from World of Warcraft for the most part, with a few others from EverQuest and EverQuest 2. All of us have plenty of raiding experience under our belts and we look forward to seriously progressing and seeing as much content as we can.

Everyone is very friendly and we all love to joke in a saracastic way. You have to know how to take a joke if you want to participate in guild chat.

As I sated before. We will not tolerate any elitism or impatience from people. Raid progression takes time.

Code of Conduct

- Conduct yourselves with honor and integrity.

- Respect others within the guild; insulting other guild members will not be tolerated.

- Help those in need, when possible.

- In consideration of others' backgrounds, there will be no tolerance towards ethnic or religious slurs in - guild chat, public channels, or on the forums.

- No harassment of other players will be tolerated.

- Having an account on the guild website/forums is highly recommended. All announcements concerning the guild and guild events will be posted there, so it is important that you're able to access this information.

- During guild events, Ventrilo is required in order for us to stay organized. Even if you don't have a mic, you must be present. Special exceptions can be made.

Recruiting
We will take any classes, but our main quota is to recruit the following classes:

Warriors: 1-2 active dedicated Tanks. 1 Strong Dps
Rogues: 1-2 dedicated bards
Mages: 1-2 more Dps. 1 Chloro
Clerics: We seem to be pretty good on clerics at the moment, but we can always use some more dedicated healers. We arent accepting dps clerics at this itme.

We have had some new recruits lately and we appreciate that you have joined. We are also interested in possible guild alliances or any smaller guilds out there like minded, that would be interested in merging into us. We are currently level 8 and we continue to climb each day. We will be doing the Terror of Undeath Rift raid on April 30th at 6pm Server time. If you would like to join us in the event just to see what kind of people we have, then please do!

The raid rift was really successful. No wipes at all, communication was great and the minimal amount of deaths were handled very well.
