Okay, NO flames about "This is an MMO" from anyone.. I'm WELL AWARE that this is an MMO.. But MMO doesn't mean I should have to spend time I don't have with people I don't like doing endless runs of the same instances..

I am an Adult, and I work MANY hours / Week + when I'm off I'm on call.. and I love playing games in my down time.. But The TWO halves of my life clash as it probably does for many other players.. I don't often have time to spend 2 or 3 hours at a time trying to find teams to do instances for MAYBE a shot at getting gear, allowing that some jerk isn't "Needing" everything in sight... Could we PLEASE have a % chance of finding WORTHY gear outside your pet dungeons, Slivers, and Raids?

Self Sufficiency isn't a BAD thing after all.. Don't make it easy hell make it MORE arduous then Raids if you want but at least give players in my situation, Or those that just aren't team players (MMO doesn't HAVE to mean "Team" teams suck anyway to be honest..) a Shot at getting gear to round out their characters.. We pay to play like everyone else we shouldn't be left out in the cold
