Scaling all dungeons to expert level come Storm Legion

I would think that if all of the regular dungeons of Telara were not scaled to level 60 come Storm Legion that we would then have no need for an Expert Dungeon list for all of those dungeons, with the expert list completely replaced with the new level 60 dungeons on the new continents (7 I think, as mentioned).
Would it be too much to have all of the current dungeons scaled to expert level 60, in addition to the new dungeons, or would this be too many dungeons to cycle through?
Or, will we still have the option of doing expert level "50" dungeons, as well as expert level dungeons at 60 that are only from the new area?
There are a lot of options, but I just think there has been so much work put into some of the current dungeons, especially Caduceus Rise, which whether or not you like it, was a pretty incredible dungeon for being added in a patch, that it would be a shame to move onto completely new dungeons with no chance to go back.
But then, Trion might just want to give the new dungeons their moment of glory and put the old one's on the backburner.
What's your opinion? Or do you know some facts that I don't?

It would be best if they did scale the dungeons to 60. Sure, we may be tired of the dungeons @ 50 now, but think about it this way; We will get tired of the new ones in a year too :P
