Request for New Mount: Battle Squirrel

Greetings Trion.

I write to you today with a simple request. First, I love the squirrels in this game. Since I play a Dominator, I have a special affinity for the lil furry guys and i'm currently in the process of collecting the planar squirrels like they're pokemon... and I have no love for pokemon...

So it is with the love of these long-tailed rats in my heart that I humbly request you to add, at some point in the near future, a giant squirrel mount for me to proudly ride around Telara. Add some plate armor to the guy and make him an epic lvl 50 110% mount and I will subcribe for life.

Assuming I'm not the only one who would save up every spare piece of tin in order to buy one of these guys, please sign below with your supprt and perhaps we'll see such a thing in a future release!

As long as it is a Fire Squirrel mount then I am on board with this!

Maybe it's already in game and you just don't know about it. Collect all kinds of squirrel pets (Storm, Shadow, etc.) and combine them to get a battle squirrel mount.

when i just found out that you get a kitty pet as a reward for that ^^ cool

Maybe make it so you unlock that after you have completed "Critter Tears"?
and maybe make the reward a quest you deliver so you can choose from 4 diffrent Squirrel mounts?
Just like the CE pet quest.

I love the idea. Thinking upon it though, the whole idea of collections is to obtain the free mount or pets to follow you around. I would love to see these sort of mounts in the game though. Seeing a sea of turtles is so mundane. I have noticed quite a few of the level 50 mounts about and do like the looks of those. Having Squirrel mounts and perhaps others from the collection would add that much needed variety.
In time, like other games, often things such as improved armour and weapon designs are introduced along with new mounts. The first priority is to get the game out onto the market and assess their profits. The game company that enters into the competitive market and finds everything is going smoothly, expansions and additions soon follow.
I look forward to Trion's new ideas and added content.

Squirrels definitely in my top ten of favourite animals on this planet, so I'd love to be able to ride one!
Even better if it got some awesome plate armour. It's not easy being cute and badass at the same time!

In my professional opinion that would be akin to wrapping a filet mignon with bacon; mainly, making something that's already awesome, in and of itself, that much more awesome.

So, yeah, a [Swift Battle Squirrel of Fire] would be sweet! Why not have one from each planar realm (akin to the non-combat pets) as well as a vanilla one? Maybe they could be Exhaulted rewards from the rift factions...
