I have hated and been bad at every healer in every game I have played. I am a dps guy at heart, and have always preferred those classes over healing. I tried a chloromancer build as I thought I wouldn't be a good mage if I didn't at least have a heal spec in case it was necessary. It was the most fun healing I have ever done. I will still probably go necro as my main spec, but I will be happy to switch roles when needed. It was also a surprisingly effective healer as well.

Slip away sounds soooo sexy. Hope on Vent =).

Forum search out the patch notes or look on leakerz. It's pretty horrid. No more endurance buffs for any warrior class for starters.

I honestly though chloro sucked at first..haha but then I used it with my necro who focuses on pets, and he is actually capable of "tanking" now. Although he doesn't hold aggro that great, usually if we get mobbed all the creeps are dead before they can kill us. Works nicely.

    Default weird mage

I first took the necro soul but didnt wanna add the lock like so many other builds do...went with stormcaller and dominator....no points in dom just wanted the squirlify ability...but necro/storm is WAY strong!!! Some of the storm abilitys like the necros require u to cast pre-cursor spells to amplify the dmg of another spell....while soloing the mobs usally die b4 i have a chance to go thourgh the sequence i designed in my head but in a rift boss type battle i was dishing out massive dmg mostly in spikes but with my pet being totally buffed from necro abilitys as well it may have been more consitant than i am aware.

The best part of this class system to me is its focus on "ur" play style....While i am sure necro/lock is a great combo I never like casting a couple of DoTs and watchin mobs die....i like the DD spells together with a pet...

Yup, love it with the necro spec, for the pet and the sweet pet power drain.

I was told that combining justicar with inquisitor would be a death sentence.... I am happy to say WRONG! I have just the right mix of both to make myself viable in solos, as part of a group instance run, and in pvp. I threw in sentinel to boot, and now I have the lvl 10 rez, which makes me far more valuable in most every situation. I have found my PERMANENT build when this sucker goes live!

[QUOTE=Synns;734525]Inquisitor/Warden/Sentinel- Heavy in the INQ line, just enough in the others to get multiple heals. Was very suprised at the decent DPS at range and self heals. Worked very well in the Warfronts.

I did the same thing and am really surprised at how great it is. My main focus is Warden then Sentinel and starting to use Inquisitor at lvl 20. Not only are the group and solo heals fantastic for pvp and pve, but I can kill mobs 5 lvls above me without an issue. Yes, its slow but I am LOVING the classes.

Was leveling a rogue as ranger/marksman. Until i tried some other souls for pvp. And the Bard really suprised me.
The damage is decent and the support buffs & heals are great. Might even make it my main now.

wanted a pure healing cleric for pvp, but ended up with a really good healer who easily could hold his own in pve also i cant remember the build right now, but my point is that the soul system is an amazing playground and i am going to use alot of my sparetime creating new and interesting ways to blent the souls!

    Saboteur/assassin/nightblade
Maxed points in Sab to run FC since we had no other AOE. Was pleasantly surprised at AOE and single-point DPS. I wouldn't use it to level but as a 3rd build it was very handy to burn down the packs of mobs..

Heh, I refused to try one because I didn't want to do ranged DPS unless I was playing a mage.

Then I heard the arrows whizzing by in a massive invasion.

    Loving it.

I was playing around with a healing cleric as well, and figured I would throw some points into the damage talents along with the heals, worked much better for soloing than I anticipated and did a fair job of healing in a couple runs. I tend toward healing capable classes because I personally like to have a heal button while leveling, I spent most of the last beta with a chloro build and I love it so much....mage with a heal button ftw... Went necro for some variety with a second role and am really happy with both at the moment.
