I'd roll a toon there. Probably wouldn't be my main, but then again it probably wouldn't for most people.
I fully support this idea. It shouldn't be too hard to implement, and it should draw enough of the hardcore pvp crowd to be cost effective.
The game is not setup for it, an todays gamers are incapable of playing FFA without going feral. They are far to young an immature to handle FFA in any way.

I say why not, It couldn't hurt anything if they have resources for it. Just make sure people understand what the server is and what it's about to avoid mass QQ. Give a really stupid name to make it less attractive to avoid people from 1st time rolling there. hahaha
Oh Ultima Online, how you frustrated me so back in the day... I hate these kinds of servers and would never play on one...
...But that does not mean that people who like this kind of rule set should be denied this kind of server if there are enough players who want it, so I support this.
pvp
pvp is pvp no matter what game you play if you really need to go out and kill players of the opposite faction then why not just go play a pvp game?
A true pvp'er DOESN'T whine when he gets beat he learns to play then goes back and finds that guy that beat him and fights him again and again and again and again until he wins.....DO this and ill support pvp, as long as you just come here and whine I wont
I wouldn't play there, but I think people who like FFA PvP (and any other type of server ruleset) should have a server to play on (if there is enough interest, of course).

autoattack. Its not the fight or the PVP that interests them its the attention, they dont care if its good or bad just that some one
notices them, the sad thing is that their griefing gives PvP in general a bad name.
They move from game to game as their tiny attention span runs out, griefing every one they can preferably the weakest targets they
can find then boast about their "Kills" every chance they get. They prefer pve servers where they can because they know there wont be death squads protecting their own newbs and running down the opposition.
The end result is like Aion after 6 months of griefing they drive most of the pve ers away and the rule set is so nerfed that PvP ceases
to exist and the game dies.
Solution ignore them in forums, block them in chat channels and take time to pretect your lower level team mates. With no attention and no easy kills they wander of to find some thing else.

I kinda posted on this issue today but the PvE nazis had my post edited ect
PvP FFA = it creates alliances within factions, politics between guild leaders and said alliances fighting for control over a few zones and hubs. Also creates the 3rd faction, Neutral with the Antis and PvPers.
Next few days Im sure to see an ARC thread asking to allow current factions to be in same guild and hold hands together in pve.

haha, I was just playing bro. I posted further down that I just hate the whole "petition" thing. It's usually baseless and "suggestion" is much better.
I couldn't care less what kinds of servers are available as long as one of them is like the current PvE servers and not the ones that the super-strict PvE purists are trying to get made.

I'm in, 100%..Screw RvR or Contested Zones...Create a flagging and consequence system and lets get it on.
Developers should make a poll, I mean adding 1 server out of 25 isn't gonna hurt, if you don't like it, dont play that server!
