Bought game time and not letting me log in.

I just bout some game time about 15 minutes ago and the game is not letting me log into any of my characters above level 20. It keeps telling me I need to purchase Rift, but I own both Rift and the expansion. Briefly the game let me log onto my level 29 cleric but as soon as I went back to the character select screen it continues to deny me access to my other characters higher than level 20. Any help please?

We are starting to look at the issue here - it is not just you it appears. Please put in an in game support ticket as well.

you have been "starting" to look at this issue since 2 weeks ago...please dont make this another "over the holidays problem".Also try and be honest...."not just you it appears"...ya right.Dozens of threads over last 2 weeks.

Same thing happen to me. Something I believe is wrong with Trion World's sub handles. Sometimes it won't even allow me to sub.
