Do you ever plan to have all classes be able to fill all roles?
I.E. Giving Warriors a healing and support role, Rogues a full healing role, Mages a Tank, Clerics support etc.

I currently love this game and how the souls interact, but I've always felt we could see just a little more inter-weaving between the souls. Will we see new interactions between souls that already work well together or don't work well together?
Examples:
Elementalist spells taking advantage of electrified/hypothermia
Radiate Death spreading Countdown
Shadow Revenant attacks triggering group heals from Radiant Spores
Pillaging Stone increasing damage dealt by Greater Earth elemental
Transmogrify not being broken by water based spells
I really would like to see this as well, but boy would I not like to be the team who had to balance it.
Maybe flag some spells as "Sets" and others as "Spikes". Either a Soul-specific "Effect" or a Calling-specific Effect would activate when a Set was hit with a Spike.
I'm referencing the concept in Mass Effect 3 here, since I just put my game on pause to post this... There are some seriously powerful and tactical combinations to use in that game, the flexibility of the Soul System could lend itself to that in more ways than "I marked him using the Archon Soul, now my Pyromancer spells land a bit harder."
Basically creating your own combos on top of the innate properties of each spell. Blah.
Will the souls synergize among themselves as well as they can (hopefully) stand alone?
Mages are unlike other callings in the fact that they have two pet trees, Necromancer and Elementalist. These trees have absolutely zero synergy with each other, and Necromancer has little to offer any other soul.
How will these souls change in order to emphasis their differences? For example, to me it feels like the Necromancer is focused on the player supporting the pet's damage with additional healing abilities. The Elementalist focuses on the pet supporting the player, creating a sort of turret soul that offers increased charge production and crit damage. Also, could these pets please hit more than 4 targets at a time?
My main hope for Storm Legion lies in more synergy between Mage souls. Too much utility is tied up with individual souls, leaving other combinations woefully lacking. Where as a rogue might have an interrupt in one tree and a purge in another, all of that is tied into the Dominator tree (Slow, Root, Silence, Purge, Cleanse, Healing Debuff, Damage Reflection). Likewise, the Pyromancer has several escape utilities and defensive measures, and so it doesn't rely on any other souls to do anything but buff its damage.
I'm very excited to see what the future holds. I yearn for the day I could potentially choose between a Chloro/Pyro, Chloro/Lock, Chloro/Ele or Chloro/Necro spec and each would have their strengths and weaknesses, but all would have some form of viability. When testing begins, I hope to be able to share some of my ideas.
Regardless of what happens, people will always be unhappy. Be thankful for what you have and always be constructive.
This quote offers insight into why there are so many perceived balance issues. To some, it doesn't matter how good something is; if it isn't the best, it isn't worth using.
Since CC was nerfed will there be an addition of range teleports that will be on par with certain rouges range closers?
Even though I don't play my mage anymore(since I came back from a year break) I am stoked to see what you guys have planned for the new soul.
Question: What was the reason for picking this specific soul/role? Did a certain member of ur team just come up with a great soul or was it more team oriented?

My questions are really based on what type of role it has, apart from my first question:
What is the main planar energy this soul uses? Necromancer uses death, Pyromancer uses fire, what will this soul use as its main planar energy?
If it is a tank soul:
How do you envisage the soul working for such a squishy character in terms of both survivability and threat, and how will it differ from other tanking souls in the different classes? Also, there are many that feel strongly that mages should never be tanks, so what is your vision for this role and how would you answer these people. I would also like to know how this tanking role will interact with other souls to create a variety of options for players, since having only one main way to make a good role is against the philosophy we have come to expect from trion.
If it is a dps soul:
I would like to know how you foresee this soul as being different and interesting to a class that has so many dps roles already? How will it interact with other souls, or is it mainly a stand-alone spec such as the rogue saboteur? Also, will this role excel in single target dps, or aoe, or is it a good balance between the two, is it ranged, or melee?
If it is a support soul:
There are quite a few ways that mages can make a support role, with the use of chloromancer added into dps souls or archon, or indeed mainly just using archon itself, though that is far less useful outside of raids. How do you foresee this support role working with other support roles, or will it, like archon, be a soul that stands alone with bits added on? How will this differ from other common support specs? Will it be useful in dungeons as a full spec, or will it be only for raids like archon?
If it is a healing soul:
The chloromancer soul was, and is, a very interesting healing spec. It differed quite significantly from anything I had seen before. Will the new healing spec also be a damage-into-heals spec, or will it be more direct healing? How do you think it will work with the chloromancer spec that is already there, or do you have it set up to be used without chloromancer being needed? Will this healing spec also be using Life energy, and so be compatible with chloromancer?
Harrier the Corgimancer
Will there be some cool new light shows (IE: Spell Effects)?
This isn't really related to the new soul so I don't know if it's an appropriate question, but..
A while ago you guys redid the Warrior and Rogue pet models, will Storm Legion bring new models for Mage pets in the Necromancer/Elementalist souls?

During the live stream, can we get dates or approximate dates of the other soul reveals? Can we get an approximate date on beta for SL?
Can we get any info at all about 1.10 and what the focus of this patch will bring?
Q: "What role should the new soul fill out in a Raid environment ?"
and a few examples of gameplay would be nice.
We are not in Norrath anymore!

Will there be a revamp of the CC system?
Are there any plans or thoughts regarding competitive PvP?
Will the Mark of <Insert name here> system be revamped, making it easier for lower geared / new players to get into the game? Currently it feels that T1 raid marks are not worth getting, as people stack T2/T3 marks (As daily dungeons are 6PoA/3MoA/2GmoA/2IMoA).
Are there any plans on bringing a lot more "fluff" into the game? Such as harmless spell enhancements (i.e Imp. Transmogrify enhancement - turning your transmogrified target into a random critter)?
I've got a few hopefully you can answer some of them!
1. With the expansion coming out, is there anything in the works on new playable races? With a background as vast as this game has SURELY there are other races to be discovered and played! Or am I wrong in guessing at that?
2. With the IF mount I saw in the other live stream, was just wondering how hard or who all we have to beg for us PVP'ers to get a special mount that is only available as a PVP award?
3. Will there be a new Warfront added? I'm guessing with the destructable terrain that hopefully a Warfront is moving in that direction to be developled. A big massive Castle seige would be stellar!
4. I know the 'BIG' city is coming, but are there any other smaller cites that will make a debut in the expansion?
5. What is 'ONE' thing you can tell us that you haven't told us about regarding the expansion?
Ok, that's enough...I hope at least one of these can be or will be answered.
Keep up the GREAT work on this stellar game!
Best,
B
