Characters got rolled back with update

My main toon on Threesprings server is missing 4 or 5 PA points, as well as roughly 10000 conquest points and about 20 inscribed soulstones. It seems it was rolled back to a point in time less than 10 hours ago as a piece of loot I won in RoS on an early morning raid is still there.

Lots of other people on Threesprings are reporting the same problem. Anyone else?

Yep, everything rolled back. 5 hours worth of work on completing quests, guild quests, dailies, crafting, etc. poof gone. So mad I logged off...

Hmm, I seem to be good on Deepwood. I logged about four and a half hours before the hotfix, maybe I just missed it, or maybe our server was spared (different battlegroup I believe).

Also on Deepwood, I was spending event currency on toys and vouchers, mailing them back and forth between characters, until about three minutes before the servers went down, and everything was in order for me once the servers came back up. Possibly a localized server issue?

...which doesn't lessen the suckage, by any means, hopefully you guys get your stuff restored!

I got rolled back as well on Threesprings..pretty ticked off if its not fixed. I petitioned.

It must be a Threesprings issue, because all my progress from this morning is gone. Of course this would happen on the day that I decided to finish up the last of the puzzles and cairns that I needed for the achievements. I emailed support and messaged the GM in game. I hope there is a way for them to get our lost progress back.

This has happened to me as well and yes, I am on Threesprings also. It felt like someone else had logged into my account and played my characters at first, because I know they weren't where I found them when I logged off for the update earlier.

Just adding to the Threesprings list of character rollbacks with today's update. I only lost a few Summerfest daily quests I did just before the update, and lost a level-up I had gained on one character. It is not worth an in-game help request because I simply did the dailies again after the patch & it's all good.

I thought Summerfest was supposed to end today. I stayed up until 4:00 a.m. last night/this morning trying to get the 10 gold samples from SG on two of my characters. Since I started that about 2:00 pm (14 hours to finish!), I would have been extremely upset if the "Gorging on Gold" quest completions had been rolled back. That quest was truly awful especially as I started out at level 25/26.

This may only have happened on Threesprings, but it obviously happened to more than one or 2 people. It would be nice if someone in charge could let us know what happened!

same here, had everything I bought on AH disappear, achievements from expert run gone, dailies reset as if I never did em, and so much more. Threesprings here as well, hope they fix this or I just might be done with this game. So sad, I bought a 2 month sub just 2 days ago... >< OMG my new sourcething with greaters and lessers GONE too. UGH. :/

I'm on Faeblight and the rollback dont make much sense to me.
I was fine before the patch/maint. After the shards came back up i logged in and played a little, healed my char and went fishing (at 100% health)
Logged for a while for food.

Only after i logged back in and carried on fishing for a hour or so i noticed my char was back down to 20% (the red skull and crossbones)

This isnt a whine (like some others have mentioned) just puzzled.
