Crafted gear and ISS gear (pants you can get from simply finishing the EI quest line) will easily get you to expert dungeon minimum and probably t2 raid minimum.

If you've been farming so long, you probably have plaques and money.

I leveled a rogue and was tier 1 dungeon ready in 20 minutes from getting level 50, just from crafted gear.
