    Default Event Currency Soulbound?

So I was aware that the majority of event currencies were becoming obsolete as of today and managed to spend pretty much all of what I had apart from some glass beads I put to the side on an alt to await the next event.
This morning when I log in the event currencies have been moved to the currrency tab and with that move have been effectively soulbound. The glass beads I had stored are now usable only by the alt I stored them on and the new currencies are also usable only on the chars that have collected them.

Originally I thought that this problem had been overcome when Otherworldly Sourcestones, having been soulbound from the first event, were then made account bound along with all the other WE currencies.
    Why suddenly reverse this change?

The result is that I can no longer pool resources between my chars in order to buy them gear individually, instead having to grind out the currency on each character seperately. Items that are bind-on-pickup can no longer be purchased by transferring currency to the right character.
Im somewhat concerned about this as it effectively punishes me for playing multiple characters by limiting what I can buy from the event.
Did I by chance miss an NPC which allows the currency to be moved like the planarite vouchers?

The same NPC that sells vouchers for sourcestones sells vouchers for the event currency.

Thanks for pointing that out! I was looking at the WE merchant for WE type items.
Its a tad more convoluted than just pooling the currency but at least i dont have to pay to transfer it like planarite.
    Thanks again!
