How do I lock my raid frames?!?

I honestly can't figure it out. I'm supposed to press y somewhere? I've rebound Y to an action bar key. Can someone guide me through this what should be a simple process? Thank you.

Press escape to open the options menu and select "Key Bindings". From here scroll down to the sub-section "UI Toggles" and find out what key "Raid Dialog" is bound to. If it is not bound then rebind it to a key and then use this to open the raid window. You should find the "Lock Raid Frames" tick box here.

An easier way is to just hit Y while in a raid and check or uncheck the lock button.
