    The Dev's weird number handle could obviously refer to 3 faction PVP like so:

    3 3228466 787
    3 FACTION PVP

    But if each number represents a letter, then it's not correct because the 2s and 6s are repeated for what is presumably "faction".

    Its correct because 2 on your phone has the letters ABC and 6 has MNO

    Yes, I think that perhaps this sea to sea empire is a new 3rd faction invading from another land in Telara, or even from the Planetouched Wilds. Who knows how the animals there have changed from their exposure.
