    Default So... no downtime?

    Is there a downtime today? Its past 8am. The reason i ask is this is our normal raid time, so any kind of info from Trion would be appreciated.

    i think they fired amary bc elrar has been doing patch notes and stuff

    she wouldn't have let this happen!

    Elrar posted last week that Amary would be out for a few days.

    Anyway, should we continue playing or expect incoming downtime?

    Wow! Not much gets past you guys!

    To answer your questions, no we're not doing an update in the normal 8:00 am PDT time slot today, but we are working on getting another hotfix out. It could be as early as later this morning, but we don't have details just yet. As always, we'll give you as much advance notice as we possibly can regarding any downtimes or updates.

    Also, to assuage any concerns, Amary is still very much a part of this team, but she's taking some well-earned downtime. We look forward to having her, and her corgi power back soon!

    Glad to hear something about this, was starting to get worried about it and was looking forward to the patch notes

    In the interim, I think most of us would agree that Elrar has been doing a pretty bang-up job of keeping the patch notes coming! You can check out his latest patch note prowess here.

    How is it that Zann has over 16k posts on the forums, yet this is one of the FEW times I've seen a post of his? I call hax!

    You can play WoW in any MMO. You don't have to play WoW in RIFT. Oh, and no, RIFT is not a WoW clone. Not having fun any more? Learn to play, noob!     Wow... I was thinking he was new poster and then saw how many posts he had. It blew me away. Despite watching these forums almost daily for the past year how did I miss 16,000 posts? lol

    The short answer here is that I was fortunate enough to be part of the team that built out and themed our forums way back in the day. The rest should remain forever shrouded in mystery!
