PvP Warriors - One button kill raid skill? Please....

So in the attempt to buff the warrior, Trion decides to give a almost spammable skill to the RB calling. All I see in PvP from warriors in L49 Warfront Bracket is Rift storm 24/7 wiping entire raids even with healers. Either the Cooldown needs to be bumped up dramatically or the damage altogether needs to be nerfed.

I understand that warriors were suffering at 1.4, but they were still pretty decent before the big boost. Why make a 1 button kill all; that requires no skill which PvP is all about, not pushing 1 button to aoe an entire raid to wipe, especially when they got abilities to just rush in the middle of a raid fast and pop that skill to wipe.

Devs, please do an update to this because the PvP is ridiculious and becoming a trend for warriors throughout the Warfront so they can just pop Rift storm all day for easy mode. Suggestions for fixing this skill would be desired, but I'm sure some trolls will come by. Ready go.
