How to get 6month veteran rewards?

I bought the 1month subscription first and i just bought 6month now but i havent got the 6month rewards? is there a bugg or?:

It should appear in your in-game mail after you've been billed for the 6 month sub.

If it doesn't, send Trion mail to their customer service, or an in-game /report I'm guessing.

Only months that you've actually been billed for count towards the veteran rewards.

As the above poster says, if you buy a 1-month subscription, then before that month is up, you switch to a 6-month subscription plan, you will not actually gain the 6 months towards veteran rewards until your 6-month plan actually begins (ie at the end of your first month).
