    Default dmg procs

    The damage procs on weapons/trinkets/essences...well everything, sucks...even after your attempts at changing it...the dmg proc on my Captured Tsunami accounts for 0-1% of my dps and the trinket from inwar isnt much better.
    This is a very simple fix...I know nothing in coding is "easy", but this is a simple fix.
    Decide how much dps you want the proc to do, then set an internal proc per min accordingly.
    So, if you want the Captured Tsunami proc to do 100 dps, then set the internal proc rate at 20/min...it wont go over that weather your AE or ST.
    Trinket off inwar, 200 dps? 24/min
    Doing the math I realize those are high number of procs to squeeze into a min, but you could adjust the the dmg higher so you can lower the proc/min.
    Either way the concept is the same, easy to fix problem for these horrid horrid procs.

    On a side note, thought it would be fun if class dmg+ affected procs...stormcaller afftected the water/air procs, pyro affected the fire procs, inquis affected life/death procs...just a fun idea

    Doesnt' tsunami do like 20-30 dps extra? I'd take a free 30dps for my staff for sure!

    personally, i LOVE procs, even if its just something visual...the problem lies when you are gearing up for raids and dungeons, and they require you to do as much as you can, which is expected. i think that the stats from the items that replace the proccing items make for more dps. to fix this just make the procs do more...well on purple items at least. and yeah passives should affect them, hell, make the stats get better if theres an element synergy-stormcaller for water and air essences, and life and death for inquisitor, or tie them into the PA system...which you should not be able to max out every element, there should be some strategic thinking there, or roleplay reasons(i chose air because im a stormcaller, lightning is awesome), but thats a different story.
