How I mine for gears?

Okay, I haven't actually done much level-cap activity yet, so I'm going to ask here:

What are the ways to get gear, and how do they rank/order?

What I can think of for gear sources:

Drops
Expert Dungeons
Expert Rifts
Raid Rifts
GSB
DH
GP
ROS
HK
ROTP
Infernal Dawn (spelled out because the forum chokes if I try to submit using the abbreviation)

Purchases
PvP
Currencies:

So can someone help me fill out which currencies you get, how you get them, and the relative quality of gear each of these can provide?

Inscribed Sourcstones: most of them you get as rewards for zone invasions in ipp, shimmer, stillmoore and Ember. Also some daily quests in Ember can reward IS.

Marks of Ascension: from all bosses in T1 Raids. GSB, DH, GP and RoS. Also from the weekly Raid Quest and from random experts and mastermode DD and CR.

Greater Marks: From all bosses in T2 Raids. HK and RotP. Also from the weekly raid Quest, from.random experts and mastermode DD and CR.

Quality (roughly):
. Expert dungeon, old zone Raid Rifts
. T1Raids(20mans mostly drop better gear as 10mans), Mastermodes, Ember Raid Rifts.
. RotP and HK

Currencies:

Chronicles - Plaques of Achievements
Expert (former t2 and t1) - Plaques of Achievements/ (Daily)3 Marks of Ascension/ (Daily)1 Greater Mark of Ascension. If you can help it, go for the MoAs into GMoAs, as the synergy crystals that is provided boosts dps/heals(i lied)/tanking to a respectable degree.
MDD - 6 Marks of Ascension/2 Greater Marks of Ascension [3DayCd for reset]
T1 (ROS + DH + GP + ROS) - 3Marks of Ascension each boss.
Hammerknell - 3 Greater marks of Ascension per boss + 1 if you're lucky w/ guild perk
Rise of the Derpnix - ^ , also the vanity pet is awesome if you are able to get the achievements.

Frankly, what I did for my alts.

Get your core/sigil asap.

Grind IA with breaks into Zone event till you get your sigil/core up. Also, I like and I prefer to get tank cores for every character that can tank and dps/heals for extremely fast lfg queue times.

Once you hit 220 hit with your character, immediately go into DH/GP/ROS/GSB for gear. (Better if you are able to get into your guild's raid as most of the time HK players gives all their gear to alts/newer memebers). You're able to perform 60% of the dps most raiders of that specific level if you are up to date on builds/specs etc.

(To note: I parsed 1200dps with my rogue at level 49)

or

Buy respective crafted gear to instantly progress into HK. (Hehehehehe)

From there on, work your way as dps/support till you can get your gear up into tanking or healing. (Unless you have tanking gear falling from the sky then go for the opposite.)

MDD every 3 days, run zone events frequently for exp and ISS for resistance cores (crucial for t2 (hk-infernal dawn) raids), IA if you are bored out of your mind and your daily PVP quest that grants 250k exp (1/2 bar exp) and Expert dungeon charge for PA.
