Is it possible to transfer my hero from EU server to one of NA servers?

I'm sorry for yet another very noob question, but I couldnt find the answer by myself

Hey there,

I am afraid to say that at the moment, Trion doesn't have the technology to transfer a character between EU and NA shards.

I know this b/c I myself am from England and created my account on the Icewatch EU server, but have since moved to Australia. When I sent Trion a ticket asking whether they could transfer me to a NA shard where the Oceanic community is bigger, they said they didn't have the tools to make that possible :'(

imo don't have the tools is a way to say they are too lazy :<

seems that NA and EU share the same pts. I can't imagine it would be too hard to add a bridge over and transfer NA <-> EU

last time I called them out on being lazy was with the tooltips, and they updated them, so I yet have hope.

I was playing with my only char on wrong server all the time, and just noticed this after I hit lvl 43.
Well, that explains it why when its time for playing at night there is lowest population on this server...
Now that I cant correct this, it feels bad man...
